2 Timothy, Chapter 2 Prayer!

God, by the Grace that is in Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour, thank you for giving me strength. 

Thank you for the strength to endure any and all hardness, hardships, struggles and battles like the soldier of Christ that You called me to be.  God, thank You for the strength, wisdom, courage and understanding not to entangle myself in the affairs, doings, circumstances of this life, of worldly affairs, so that I am pleasing to You.  I know God that when I follow Your instructrion, Your will, Your plan, the Word You gave to me, to all of Your children, You will bless me with understanding of ALL things! (praise God) God, I WILL endure all things.  Knowing how Jesus died for my sins and was ressurrected for my salvation- for His sake, in Godliness- I will endure all things so that I will be an example for others.  I will die to my way of doing things, I will die to the world so I will walk and live with Him! 

God, I know I have failed many times, but I will walk in Your Grace, Your Love.  I will shut my mouth -and my ears- to vain babblings and profane words which bring NO good and only increase to more ungodliness.  God in ALL of my failures I KNOW Your foundation has and always will STAND FIRM.  God, You know who are Yours.  Purify my heart and in the name and by the blood of Jesus I DEPART FROM INIQUITY!  I put off worldly things, things that are ungodly and impure.  I AM a vessel of Honor, sanctified and prepared for every good work.  God please reveal my heart to myself, help me to see the truths of my heart so I can purge the bad and the ungodly.  I will fill my heart and follow after righteousness, faith, Love and peace.  I let go of strife and anger and wrath, instead I put on gentleness toward ALL, patience and meekness.  IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I RECOVER MYSELF OUT OF THE SNARES OF THE DEVIL.  I WILL NOT BE TAKEN CAPTIVE BY HIM AT HIS WILL!  I GIVE MY LIFE TO YOU GOD AND WILL CHASE GODLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS WITH ALL OF MY HEART!!!
